THE STORY OF PATRICK PEYTON
This inspiring documentary chronicles a poor Irish teen, who journeys to America hoping to become a millionaire. Instead, he is miraculously healed of tuberculosis, and spends his life inspiring millions to experience the power of prayer. We see Father Patrick Peyton’s years in Hollywood, where he enlists the stars of his day — from Bing Crosby to Jimmy Stewart to Princess Grace — to create radio dramas and TV specials that spread his famous message, “The family that prays together stays together.” Then Father Peyton takes to the globe, gathering millions at Rosary events, to hear his message of family unity through prayer.
