Veggie Garlic Noodles<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yield: Makes 4 servings<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Time: Approximately 20 min<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Description: An easy Asian noodle and vegetable stir fry<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Prior to beginning, cook your rice noodles as directed on the packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and 3 spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Add the carrots and peas, before stirring in the brown sugar and soy sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Add the noodles and mix together for another couple of minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then slice remaining spring onion and top to serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
